Ingredients
  

  • Par boiled Arvi 250 gms
  • Onion paste ginger garlic paste half cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste half cup cashew nut paste two tsp
  • Curd half cup poppy seeds paste two tsp
  • Garamond masala one tsp ghee two tsp
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Arvi should be par boiled. Add two tbs oil in a heated frying pan. Then add onion ginger garlic paste keep on stir. Add chilli powder cinnamon powder, coriander powder cumin powder cashew nut paste poppy seeds paste tomato paste curd pinch of sugar
  • Masala become non sticky add Arvi pinch of sugar and and salt to taste. Cook five minutes add ghee and Garamond masala fresh coriander
