Bottle gourd is such a vegetable high on water. It helps in maintaining a healthy heart and bring down bad cholesterol levels. Most of the people try to avoid green vegetables. Those who avoid bottle gourd they may love this recipe. I used sour aloo bukhara to make the recipe more tasty.

Ingredients
- 200 gm bottle gourd
- 2 tbsp besan
- 2 tbsp sattu
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 1 teaspoon shahi jeera
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp aalu bukhara paste
- 1 teaspoon shahi garam masala
- Coconut fresh grated
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take bottle gourd peel off the skin then boil and strain the excess water.
- Take a mixing bowl add boiled bottle gourd, besan, sattu, ginger paste, crushed black pepper, onion seeds and salt.
- Mix all together then make small sized ball. After then fry the balls and keep separate.
- Now take a pan, put oil, cumin seeds, ginger paste, onion paste and alu bukhara paste.
- Stir continuously then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder salt and shahi garam masala.
- Add the bottle gourd stock and cook until thick gravy. Now take a serving plate spread the thick gravy then put the balls and again spread gravy and balls.
- Garnish with fresh grated coconut, fresh coriander leaves and cucumber slices.
