Ingredients
  

  • Rahu fish 500 gm
  • Onion paste half cup
  • Ginger garlic paste two tsp
  • Curd half cup
  • Green chilli paste one tsp
  • Whole Garam masala cinnamon stick clove, black cardamom, green cardamom bay leaf
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Garam masala powder one tsp.
  • Khaskhas paste cashew nut paste coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Fish to be marinated with salt turmeric and lemon juice. Then fry and keep aside.
  • Add oil in a heated frying pan add whole masala bay leaf clove cinnamon stick black and green cardamom. Then onion paste ginger garlic paste and stir till brown. Add chilli paste curd pinch of sugar add cashew nut paste khaskhas paste add fried fish
  • Cover for five minutes then add garam masala powder garnish with coriander leaves.
