Hummus

Ingredients
- Boiled Chickpeas – ½ cup
- Tahini Sauce – ½ tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 ½ tsp
- Garlic clove - 1
- Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Freshly ground black paper – ½ tsp
- Olive oil - 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt
- Water 2- tbsp to adjust the consistency.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender. Blend it for a minute.
- Add sufficient water and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Store in an airtight container and transfer to the refrigerator.
