Paneer is milk products and has calcium. Paneer itself no taste, if we add something or twist then become more tasty. Here I added green coriander leaves and sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms paneer
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup green coriander sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • Oil as required
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan heat and add oil. Paneer cut into rectangular shape. Marinate with salt and red chilli powder. Fill with Coriander sauce and cover with another paneer slice then saute turn both sides till light brown. Cut into diagonally.
  • Now in the same pan add oil, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, ginger paste, and tomato puree. Stir fry till brown. Now add 1/2 glass water and close the lid for few minutes.
  • Open the lid add coconut cream and kasur methi. Now add the diagonally across the into the gravy.
