Ingredients
  

  • 3 boiled potatoes cubed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 8-10 fresh curry leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon haldi
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add in the red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
  • Toss in the potatoes. Stir fry for a bit. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with phulkas.

Notes

Add in green chillies and green corainder leaves to garnish.
