Rai Wale Aloo (Boiled Potatoes In Mustard Seeds And Curry Leaves)
Another quick and hurriedly put together side dish that turned out good in taste, low on oil and high on health.
- 3 boiled potatoes cubed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 8-10 fresh curry leaves
- Â¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Â¼ teaspoon haldi
- 1 tbsp oil
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add in the red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
- Toss in the potatoes. Stir fry for a bit. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with phulkas.
Add in green chillies and green corainder leaves to garnish.
