Whole Wheat Milk Bread

U'll love baking when once there is a warm piece of bread on your tongue. The house smells like heaven. Whole Wheat Milk Bread is a combination of Healthy Bread filled with Nutrients.

  • Whole Wheat Flour- 2 Cups
  • All Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup & 1/4 Cup
  • Instant Yeast - 1 pack of 7 gram i use Yellow Crumb Flour Power or 2 tsp of any yeast
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Egg - 1 Room Temperature
  • Milk - 1 Cup & 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp


  • Mix all Dry Ingredients (wheat flour,all purpose flour, yeast, salt, sugar) in a bowl with a whisk
  • Heat up the milk till its about to boil.
  • Add wet ingredients (Warm Milk, Oil, Egg) to the bowl and whisk them all together for approximately 4 minutes
  • The dough will be a little cake batter form that's what we r looking for a soft and airy bread.
  • Cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place for 30 mins to double in size.
  • After 30 mins grease any shape pan (i use my borosil glassware) and transfer the dough into it and cover it again and let rest for another 30 mins
  • Pre-Heat your Oven at 190 degree Celsius and Place your dough for baking in Middle rack.
  • If you would like light brown Crust on top of Bread cover you Pan with Foil after 15 mins of Baking. I like mine Brown so baked it with no foil on top


Let the Bread rest few minutes to cut good even pieces and enjoy warm bread with some butter on top of it, or you can re bake cut pieces to make them more crispy and enjoy your warm rusk dipping them into Hot tea this winter season.
