Ingredients
  

  • Idlis 5 ready or left over
  • 1 / Red Chilli Powder teaspoon
  • 1 / Pav Bhaji Masala teaspoon
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Pinch Chaat Masala
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Idlis in ginger shapes. Shallow fry till crunchy. Sprinkle all seasonings. Serve hot with chutney and Sambhar.
