Ingredients
  

  • Ready or left over Idlis 5
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pav Bhaji Masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Pinch of chaat masala
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Idlis in ginger shapes. Shallow fry till crunchy. Sprinkle all seasonings. Serve hot with chutney and Sambhar.
