Ingredients
- Ready or left over Idlis 5
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Pav Bhaji Masala 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Pinch of chaat masala
- 2 tsp oil

Instructions
- Cut the Idlis in ginger shapes. Shallow fry till crunchy. Sprinkle all seasonings. Serve hot with chutney and Sambhar.
