A mildly flavored baked pomfret dish which can be best had with salad for a brunch or lunch. It is good for weight watchers.

Ingredients
  

  • Pomfret fish 2
  • Garlic 8-10 clove
  • Dried Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil 6-7
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish with crushed garlic, lime juice, Apple cider vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, salt, dried rosemary, fresh basil and Olive oil for 1 hour in the fridge.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
