Baked Basil Rosemary Pomfret

A mildly flavored baked pomfret dish which can be best had with salad for a brunch or lunch. It is good for weight watchers.

Ingredients
- Pomfret fish 2
- Garlic 8-10 clove
- Dried Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil 6-7
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
- Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Marinate the fish with crushed garlic, lime juice, Apple cider vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, salt, dried rosemary, fresh basil and Olive oil for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
