Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
 

  • Homemade plain yogurt is generally fresh and little sour, to make it sweet, take the colander and line it with the muslin cloth. Pour the yogurt to strain the excess water which is also known as hung - curd.
  • Spoon out the hung curd and add honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and give it a whisk for few times. If you do not add Cocoa powder it would be plain sweet yogurt cream which can be used as a fruit dip.

  • Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours and to get best results leave it overnight. sprinkle few choco chips to enhance the flavour.
