Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Mango riped and raw
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the raw mango and chopped it finely. Add them to a blender and pulse them for few mins. Add the chopped ripe Mango and pulse it again for a few seconds.
  • In a non stick pan add the mango and sugar and cook in low-medium heat. Stir it frequently and cook till the sugar is dissolved completely and the jam becomes thick which will take about 15 mins or little more.
  • Remove the jam from heat. Add the lemon juice and stir well. Let it cool down completely.
  • Pour it in a sterilized jar and refrigerate it. Use a clean spoon on every serving. Makes 300 gms jam with this recipe.
