Yield / Serves
Red Channa 100 gms
Garam masala except turmeric powder two tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice two tsp
Soaked Channa over night just boiled for a minute.
Now take plastic sheet brush with oil. Another sheet brush with oil and cover.
Take a hammer and press. Keep in a plate and dipped fried.
Now dust with masala and table salt and squeeze lemon and serve.
