  • 100 gm Red Channa 100 Gms red channa
  • tsp Turmeric Powder or masala garam masala except two
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • tsp Lemon Juice two


  • Soaked Channa over night just boiled for a minute.
  • Now take plastic sheet brush with oil. Another sheet brush with oil and cover.
  • Take a hammer and press. Keep in a plate and dipped fried.
  • Now dust with masala and table salt and squeeze lemon and serve.
