This is a snacks can be eaten anytime, during rainy season it would be served an accompaniment with garma garam tea. This should be served with green spicy chutney an tamarind chutney .

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bengal gram flour
- Salt
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 green chillies chopped finely
- 2 carrots grated
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- Oil for frying
- 5to6 slice of bread
- 2 potatoes boiled&smashed

Instructions
- Cut the bread into 4 pieces. Then in another bowl add Bengal gram flour,add salt, coriander leaves, onions, carrots, green chillies,jeera an add little water to make the batter medium consistency.
- In another bowl add boiled potatoes smash it nicely then add salt, garam masala pd,chat masala pd an mix well. Then take a small piece of bread spread the potatoes mixture an dip in the batter an deep fry it.
- Sprinkle chat masala pd all over it an serve
Notes
If you don’t want to add potatoes mixture to it . You can directly dip the bread in the batter an deep fry it. If you want in place of deep frying you can shallow fry it. For non vegetarian people , you can use egg in place of bengal gram flour, instead of frying you can shallow fry it
