Jujube which is know as ber in India, has good medicinal property. In this Jujube drink I have add ginger and cinnamon also which makes it healthy drink to improve digestion, Immune system, and relive thirst in summer.

Ingredients
  

  • Jujube dry - 100gms
  • Ginger - 1 inch cut
  • Cinnamon stick - 1
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Water 600ml
  • Ice cube 7-8

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a sauce pan. Add dry jujube, ginger pieces and cinnamon stick in it. Boil until it remains 200ml

  • Strain boiled mixture through a sieve by mashing.

  • Add sugar and one small ginger piece to strained liquid.

  • Blend the liquid for one minute. And strain again.
