Ingredients
- 100 gm Mango raw
- 100 gm Sugar rock sugar -
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder elaichi
- Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the raw mango but keep green skin somewhere. Cut it into small chunks.
- Put the raw mango chunks in a blending jar. Add sugar, salt and cardamom powder in it. Blend it for a minute.
- Transfer it into a a serviing glass. Add chilled water in the glass. Stir well. Serve with fresh mint leaves.

- For an extra layer of cooling and aroma, muddle a few extra mint leaves at the bottom of each glass before pouring the cooler.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the blended mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibrous bits before mixing with water.
