Vegan Avocado Ice-Cream

For this delicious vegan ice-cream is loaded with the goodness of avocados and almonds both of which contain antioxidants and mono-saturated fats that boost skin renewal. Sounds like an elixir for tired skin, doesn't it !! Well, this ones promises to refresh your taste-buds as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Fully ripe avocadoes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar one can use coconut blossom sugar / honey instead
  • a dash of lime juice
  • some grated lime rind

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados into halves. Remove the stone and scoop out the flesh.
  • Transfer the avocado flesh along with the almond milk and sugar into a blender and blend it till it comes together into a smooth mixture.
  • Next add the lime juice and grated rind. Give it quick buzz.
  • Transfer into an ice-cream box and put in the freezer.T
  • Transfer into an ice-cream box and put in the freezer.
  • Remove from freezer after 6-8 hours and give it another buzz in the blender to break the formation of ice crystals. Put back in the freezer.
  • Remove from freezer after 6-8 hours and give it another buzz in the blender. Put back in the freezer.
  • Repeat after another 3 hours. Put it back and let it set for atleast 6 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and put in the fridge section for 1-2 hours before serving.
