Ingredients
- 2 Fully ripe avocadoes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 teaspoon Sugar one can use coconut blossom sugar / honey instead
- a dash of lime juice
- some grated lime rind

Instructions
- Slice the avocados into halves. Remove the stone and scoop out the flesh.
- Transfer the avocado flesh along with the almond milk and sugar into a blender and blend it till it comes together into a smooth mixture.
- Next add the lime juice and grated rind. Give it quick buzz.
- Transfer into an ice-cream box and put in the freezer.T

- Remove from freezer after 6-8 hours and give it another buzz in the blender to break the formation of ice crystals. Put back in the freezer.
- Remove from freezer after 6-8 hours and give it another buzz in the blender. Put back in the freezer.
- Repeat after another 3 hours. Put it back and let it set for atleast 6 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and put in the fridge section for 1-2 hours before serving.
