Desserts are meant to be sinful, right ? Wrong !! For this delicious vegan ice-cream is loaded with the goodness of avocados and almonds both of which contain antioxidants and mono-saturated fats that boost skin renewal. Sounds like an elixir for tired skin, doesn’t it !! Well, this ones promises to refresh your taste-buds as well.
2 Fully ripe avocadoes
1 cup almond milk
4 tsp sugar ( one can use coconut blossom sugar / honey instead )
a dash of lime juice
some grated lime rind
Slice the avocados into halves. Remove the stone and scoop out the flesh.
Transfer the avocado flesh along with the almond milk and sugar into a blender and blend it till it comes together into a smooth mixture.
Next add the lime juice and grated rind. Give it quick buzz.
Transfer into an ice-cream box and put in the freezer.T

Remove from freezer after 6-8 hours and give it another buzz in the blender to break the formation of ice crystals. Put back in the freezer.

Repeat after another 3 hours. Put it back and let it set for atleast 6 hours.
Remove from the freezer and put in the fridge section for 1-2 hours before serving.
