Garlicky Chilli potatoes as the name indicates is a super spicy dish with the crunchiness of garlic. Could call it Chinese . Somehow the taste makes it feel all Indian . Quick and yummy dish .

Potatoes small boiled and peeled 1/4 kg
Dried red chillies 5
Garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Black pepper corns crushed 1 teaspoon + extra for garnishing
Salt to taste .
Red chilli paste fresh 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Fresh cilantros chopped fistful .
Water 1/4 cup
In a wok , heat oil . Add the dried red chillies and chopped garlic . Fry them till garlic turns golden .
Add black pepper powder and salt.
Add red chilli paste and soya sauce.
Add little water . Drop the boiled potatoes . Cover and cook for Better masala absorption for 3 minutes .
Add lemon juice
In high heat , toss the potatoes so that they get coated well and gives a rich pleasing colour.
Switch off. Garnish with cilantros and black pepper powder.
Garlicky Chilli potatoes ready . Serve hot with any flat breads or pulaos or just enjoy as it is.
