Ingredients
- 2 capsicum green and red
- 4 potato boiled
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 onion
- 3 teaspoon ginger garlic,green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 5 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 10-12 coriander leaves Fresh
- 3 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder

Instructions
- In a pan heat butter add cumin seeds then add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste and cook for 2 min then add chopped onions and cook for another 10 min till brown then add tomatoes and cook till it become soft.
- Then add chopped capsicum and cook till all mixture comes together
- Add salt and all dry spices and add boiled mashed potatoes, mix well, add some water and on full heat start mashing the mixture till it all comes together.
- Garnish with fresh coariander ,grated cheese and more butter serve with pav, naan.
