  • In a pan heat butter add cumin seeds then add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste and cook for 2 min then add chopped onions and cook for another 10 min till brown then add tomatoes and cook till it become soft.
  • Then add chopped capsicum and cook till all mixture comes together
  • Add salt and all dry spices and add boiled mashed potatoes, mix well, add some water and on full heat start mashing the mixture till it all comes together.
  • Garnish with fresh coariander ,grated cheese and more butter serve with pav, naan.
