Ingredients
  

  • Besan 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 4 boiled and mashed
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Zeera 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take pan and heat 2 tablespoons of oil..
  • Add zeera and chopped onion till pink in colour..
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook till oil separates
  • Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder salt and mashed potatoes...mix well
  • Add half tsp curry powder and cook for 2-3 mins..
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well
  • Now in a pan take besan,baking soda and salt and required water till flowing consistency
  • Make small potato balls and deep in the besan dough coat it well and deep fry till golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce
