Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes boiled
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1-2 Coriander chopped leavves
- 1/2 Turmeric Powder tspn powder
- 1 tsp Salt tspn, or as per taste
- 1 Chaat Masala tspn
- 1/2 Coriander or seeds tspn seeds
- 1/2 red chili powder tspn
- 1/2 Garam Masala tspn
- 1/2 Ginger Paste tspn
- 1 Besan bowll

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes. Now mash them nicely. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, dhania seeds, chaat masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala to it.
- Now mix it properly so that all the masalas and mashed potatoes are combined to each other. Now make balls of this potato mixture smoothly.keep these balls aside. Now for batter take a mixing bowl. Put the besan in it.
- Now add salt to taste and little bit red chilli to it. Mix it by adding water to it. Make a batter without any lumps. But the batter should not be runny because we have to coat the potato balls in it.
- Now start making Batata vada.heat the oil for frying. Dip the batata balls in the batter and drop it in the heated oil. Deep fry them from both the sides of it. When it turns brown, remove them from oil on tissue
- Serve these Batata vada with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
