Ice creams are always a hit in all the seasons, aren't they !!
A new addition to the flavour of the ice cream family..
made "KIWI ICE CREAM"...
and yes, it's eggless... 🙂

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Condensed milk - 1 cup
- Cream - 3/4 th cup
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Kiwis - 3
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Heat the milk and sugar, together in a saucepan on a low flame till the sugar dissolves.
- Now add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and cook further for 6-7 minutes.
- Dissolve the cornflour in some milk and add to the sugar milk mixture. Cook till it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon when dipped.
- Now cool the mixture completely. Whip the cream to form soft peaks. Keep aside.
- Blend the kiwi to form a puree. Now lightly fold in, a the three mixtures and refrigerate in the freezer. After am hour, mix the ice cream with a spoon and freeze again. Serve
