After 20 minutes add grated beetroot into rawa and curd , mix all ingredients well . Add some water for getting idli batter consistency. Add salt to the batter and mix well .
Grease idli moulds properly . Now add eno into the idli batter , fold gently . Immidiately pour batter into the idli moulds .
Steam it for about 15 - 20 minutes . Beetroot idli are ready . Let it cool . Then cut idlis into small pieces .
For tempering - take a pan add some oil , now add mustard seeds , when they starts crackle , add curry leaves . Turn off the gas . Pour this tempering on idli .serve hot with any chutney of your choice .
