Sago Potato Peanut Balls

Deep fried sago and potato flavoured with roasted peanuts. These balls of awesomeness are prepared using the potato and sago as a key ingredients roasted peanut.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Sago sabudana
  • 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 Green Chillies nos chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Cooking Oil for deep fry
  • leaves Coriander some fresh chopped

Instructions
 

  • Soak sago for 3hours in 2cups water. Drain extra water from soaked sago n gently press it to remove excess water from sago.
  • Take mixing bowl n mix well all ingredients ( sabudana, potato, peanuts, green chili, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves).
  • Take a small portion from mixture n make balls.
  • Heat oil in deep wok n deep fry sago potato peanut balls on low medium flame. When the color change in brown transfer it on absorbing paper.

Notes

This can also be serve for the day of fasting. 
Avoid green chilies If you are making this for kids.
