Ingredients
 

  • 300 gm Chicken boneless cubed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 gm Hung Curd
  • 25 gm Processed Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cream fresh
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 2 lime Gandhoraj Lime gandhoraj
  • handful handful Coriander of chopped
  • 1 Eggs
  • Brushing or oil oil for
  • a dash Chaat Masala

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, egg, chilli powder, processed cheese and fresh cream. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Marinate the chicken with saffron, gandhoraj (Lime zest and a few drops). Keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Brush oil on the chicken pieces and bake it for 35 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander, chat mashala and gandhoraj on top.
  • Serve it hot.
