Ingredients
- 300 gms Boneless cubed chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 100 gms hung curd
- 25 gms processed cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- A pinch of saffron
- 2 Gandhoraj lime
- Handful of Chopped Coriander
- 1 egg
- Oil for brushing
- A dash of Chat masala

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, egg, chilli powder, processed cheese and fresh cream. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
- Marinate the chicken with saffron, gandhoraj (Lime zest and a few drops). Keep aside for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Brush oil on the chicken pieces and bake it for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander, chat mashala and gandhoraj on top.
- Serve it hot.
