Bread Aloo Pakora

Bread pakora is an Indian fried snack. It is also known as bread bhaji. A common street food, it is made from bread slices, potatoes, gram flour, and spices among other ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups gram flour
- 8 Bread
- 3 nos potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
- 2 green chilies
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Some curry leaves chopped
- Some coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon oil + Oil for deep fry

Instructions
- Take gram flour in any big bowl. Add half the amount of salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Add water little by little and prepare a batter.
- Heat oil in pan, crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies. When ingredients stop crackling.
- Add turmeric powder n salt to taste, mix it.add mashed potatoes and mix it well. Stuffing is ready, take it out in a plate and allow it to cool.
- Preheat oil in a pan. Take a bread slice, layer stuffing over it and place another slice over it. Press it very gently and seal. Cut bread into two pieces, giving it a triangular shape.
- Now, coat the bread with gram flour batter and place it warm oil for frying. Fry the bread aloo pakoras until they turn brown in color from both sides. Once fried, take them out in a plate with absorbent paper. Similarly, prepare all bread pakoras.
- Serve steaming stuffed bread pakoras with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the gram flour batter is not too drippy or too dense.
