Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Amaranth leaves roughly cut
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 Red Chillies
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tamarind small ball
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste

  • Wash leaves and cut it roughly, soak tamarind in little water

  • Heat little oil, add red chili and jeera. Roast it. Add sesame seeds and roast. In the end add grated coconut and remove from fire.

  • Heat little oil add garlic and green chili. Fry for a minute. Add Amaranth leaves and sauté till leaves becomes soft.

  • Remove from fire and cool it. Grind all the roasted ingredients along with tamarind into coarse paste. Add salt, temper with curry leaves and mustard seeds.
