Millet Flour Blend
- ½ cup Bajra Flour
- ½ cup Ragi Flour
- ½ cup Jowar Flour

- ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour whole
- ½ cup Fruits chopped, dry
- ½ cup Ghee
- 2 tbsp Jaggery concentrated
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder

- In a dry skillet or pan, roast the bajra, ragi, and jowar flours over medium heat. Roasting enhances the nutty flavor of the millets.
