- 1/4 cup Barley Flour also known as oo mugi
- 1/2 cup Sugar granulated
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg ground
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Nuts crushed walnuts, chopped, or almonds work well, pecans
Instructions
Combine Dry Ingredients
- Combine all-purpose flour, semolina flour, barley flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Add Wet Ingredients
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients. Gradually add milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but not overly wet. Add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, if necessary.
