Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Curd
- Vegetables carrots, capsicum, onions - 2 cups chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic or paste chopped or in paste form
- 1 tbsp Vermicelli roasted
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 packet Eno

Instructions
- Soak semolina in curd for 15-20 min. Add all vegetables, ginger garlic, vermicelli and salt. Mix well Add water to adjust the consistency.
- In the last add 1 sachet of eno for instant fermentation.
- Grease idli moulds with little oil and prepare the idlis in steamer or microwave.
- Vegetable idlis are ready. Serve coconut chutney and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
