Vegan Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Popsicles

Who doesn't love popsicles, a.k.a the easier twin of ice-cream. Take these delicious and super easy to make Vegan Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Popsicles, true they are a mouthful to ask for but oh so easy to make, plus they are vegan and great if you are lactose intolerant too.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas ripe
- 1& 3/4 cups (400 ml coconut milk (or any plant based milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup 50 grams cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon honey OR maple syrup OR agave nectar
- Salt a tiny pinch
- 1/2 cup 100 grams Hazelnuts

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend. Taste test to check for the required level of sweetness and blend again.
- Pour out evenly into 6 popsicle moulds. Place into the freezer to set for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours, though over night is best
- When you’re ready to eat one, pop it out of the freezer, run the popsicle mould under some warm water and then pop out your popsicle and enjoy.
