Thandai

Ingredients
- Almonds 1/3 cup
- Pistachios 1/3 cup
- Poppy seeds 3 tablespoon
- Melon seeds 3 tablespoon
- Cashews 1/3 cup
- Black pepper 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom 4
- Milk 1 liter
- Saffron a pinch
Instructions
- Boiled 1 liter milk and reduced it to half. Add kesar/saffron to it.
- In a mixer grinder make thandai mixture with almonds, pistachios,cashews,poppy seeds,Melon seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, cardamom
- Now add the mixture in the milk
- Boil it for 5 more minutes and then let it cool. Keep this in fridge and serve cold or with ice cubes
