Instructions
Make a dough with refine flour, semolina, began, chilled butter, backing powder and chilled water.
Keep aside the dough for an hour in freeze. Then spread the dough and cut into strips.
Take aluminum cone and grease with butter and wrap with strips and toast in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
After backing pull out the cone keep aside.
Now get ready for filling. Mash potato with 50 gms refine flour
Add ghee in a heated frying pan add mashed potatoes. Stir till non sticky. Then add vanilla essence and chopped almond.
Let it cool and fill the cone with cooked sweet potato and cover open area with melted chocolate.
