Instructions
- Make a batter with besan, semolina, rice flour, curd, baking soda and salt.
- Boil water in a steamer and oil brush a container and pour the batter.
- Steam for 15 minutes. Let cool for one minute and cut into pieces.
- Now have to sautee. Heat a frying pan add oil mustered seeds. Seeds will crack add curry leaves asafoetida red chilli powder and all dhokla pieces.
- Turn both sides will brown and serve hot.
