Ingredients & Quantity
  • 10-12 TIGER PRAWN
  • 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL
  • 100 GM YOGURT
  • PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER
  • 2 TBSP MUSTARD POWDER
  • 6 TBSP GRATED COCONUT
  • SUGAR
How to cook?
  1. MAKE A FINE PASTE WITH MUSTARD POWDER, COCONUT,SALT,YOGURT.
  2. IN A MICROWAVE PROOF BOWL POUR THE MIXTURE.ADD WATER ACCORDINGLY.ADD THE PRAWNS & A LITTLE SUGAR.ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES,OIL FROM TOP.
  3. COVER THE BOWL WITH LID AND COOK FOR 8 MINS IN MICROWAVE MODE.
  4. SERVE HOT WITH STEAMED RICE.
