  • Wash and dry the lady finger with muslin cloth cut round
  • Heat the oil in wok or a pan add fenugreek seeds
  • Add garlic roast golden then add sauté the onion
  • Now add dry spices and tomatoes fry then till the oil separates
  • Add lady finger mix well with spices cover and cook for 5 minute on sim flame
  • Now add salt, fennel powder and mix carefully, add lemon juice, turn off the heat
  • Serve hot with paratha or chapatis
