Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Lady finger
- 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped )
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped )
- 1 tbsp Onion (chopped )
- 1 tbsp Green tomato (Finely chopped, optional)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds (+1 tsp)
- 1 tbsp Fennel powder
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and dry the lady finger with muslin cloth cut round
- Heat the oil in wok or a pan add fenugreek seeds
- Add garlic roast golden then add sauté the onion
- Now add dry spices and tomatoes fry then till the oil separates
- Add lady finger mix well with spices cover and cook for 5 minute on sim flame
- Now add salt, fennel powder and mix carefully, add lemon juice, turn off the heat
- Serve hot with paratha or chapatis
