  • Heat oil and saute the coriander seeds as well as the garlic cloves. After sauteeing for a while, add both chopped onion and green onion. After 2 minutes, add the chopped tomato. Cook until tender.
  • After 10 mins, switch off the flame and let it cool. Blend all into a smooth paste using as little water as possible. Temper the chutney and serve hot with plain rice and fish fry. It tastes heavenly.
