Ingredients
- Green onion bunch 1 large
- Tomato 1
- Red onion 1
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- Oil 1 tbsp
- FOR THE TEMPERING- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 10
- Dry red chillies 3-4

Instructions
- Heat oil and saute the coriander seeds as well as the garlic cloves. After sauteeing for a while, add both chopped onion and green onion. After 2 minutes, add the chopped tomato. Cook until tender.
- After 10 mins, switch off the flame and let it cool. Blend all into a smooth paste using as little water as possible. Temper the chutney and serve hot with plain rice and fish fry. It tastes heavenly.
