A simple green colour spiral savory snack prepared from fenugreek and spinach puree mixed with the gram flour and rice flour. Instructions
- Firstly remove the thick vine in the spinach and fenugreek.
- Wash the green leaves.
- Now boil adding little salt, pinch of baking powder to retain the green color.
- Blend the puree and let it cool.
- In a bowl add both flours, sesame seeds, salt, oil, puree mix them.
- Make the dough and keep it aside.
- Grease the chakli mould and put the dough into it.
- Make chaklies and keep them on a greased sheet.
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.
- Remove them on an absorbent paper.
- Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
- Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
