Ingredients
For the Potatoes
- 2 Potato boiled and peeled, medium
For the Flavor Boost
- 1/4 cup Coriander chopped, fresh
- 2 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Cube the boiled and peeled potatoes into approximately 1-inch pieces.
Sauté the Potatoes
- Heat 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes and sauté until lightly golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
Toast the Peanuts
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of desi ghee to the pan. Add the roasted peanuts and lightly sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
Combine and Season
- In a large bowl, combine the sautéed potatoes and toasted peanuts. Add the chopped coriander, green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
