Ingredients
Corn & Liquid
- 1 cup Corn Kernels frozen
- 1 cup Water
Spices & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dried mango powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
Garnish
- 1/4 cup Coriander chopped, also known as dhania
Instructions
Prepare the Corn
- Cook frozen corn kernels with water until tender. You can pressure cook for 4 whistles or microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water completely.
Make the Masala Corn Chaat
- Heat butter in a pan or wok over low heat.
- Add the cooked corn kernels to the melted butter.
- Stir in chaat masala, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the corn evenly.
