Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Kebab (shikampuri memna from https www licious in)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/3 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 8 Leaves Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • to tsp Salt (taste, or as per taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a flat pan and spray some oil. put Kebabs and let the dry on each side for 6-7 minutes till golden brown.
  • In a mixer take curd , basil, garlic, sugar and salt and blend well to make a creamy basil dip.
