  • 250 gm Lotus Roots 250 Grams lotus roots
  • 1 inch Potatoes cut into
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onion chopped medium
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 pinch Garam Masala
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • 1 leaves Coriander fresh chopped


  • Scrub and wash the lotus root thoroughly. Peel and cut into diagonal slices. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add the onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add the ginger paste and sauté.
