Ingredients
- 6 slice Bread
- 2 tsp Butter or ghee ghee for spreading
- 2 tsp Cooking or butter, or ghee butter ghee for
- 1/2 cup Stuffing or onions chopped onions
- 2 Potato mashed boiled, peeled
- 2 tsp Coriander chopped, finely chopped coriender
- 1/2 tsp Chillies mirch, pwr
- 1/2 tsp Coriander dhania, coriender pwr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds pwr
- 2 Chilli chopped, green
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Mung Bean moong dal, boiled, yellow
- 1 tbsp Peas boiled
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 cup Coriander Chutney green, green coriender chutney
Instructions
- Take a bowl add mashed potatoes,green chilli add onions ,peas ( boiled) moong dal (boiled) ginger ,coriender leaves and 1/2 tsp salt mix it well.
- Add green chutney ,chat masala and red chilli pwr again mix. All the ingredients well now the filling is ready.
- Take 2 slices of bread & cut its edges and with a help of a small steel bowl give a round shape to the slice.
- First put sauce on the bread then add the stuffing on the bread.
- Add ghee/ butter on the griddle ( tawa) and toast the bread both sides to give brown colour and crisp
- Cut the slices from the middle and add green chutney from the the edges and roll it in bhujia and then serve it hot and spicy sandwich samosa.

- For extra crunch, lightly toast the bread slices before adding the stuffing—this helps them retain crispiness even after cooking.
- If preparing in advance for a party or tiffin, let the sandwich samosas cool on a wire rack to prevent them from becoming soggy due to steam buildup.
- Add a tangy twist by spreading a thin layer of tamarind or mint-coriander chutney inside the bread before stuffing, enhancing both the flavor and the juiciness.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free bread and ensure the stuffing ingredients, such as moong dal and peas, are cooked until soft to help bind the filling together.
