Zucchini & Carrot Pasta

Ingredients
- Boiled Pasta 2 Cups add some salt and oil while boiling
- Onions 2 Chopped
- Tomatoes 6 Chopped
- Zucchini 1 cut into strips
- Carrot 2 cut into strips
- Green Chilies 3 slit
- Dried Oregano ½ tsp
- Dried Basil ½ tsp
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Salt
- Olive Oil ½ tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp

Instructions
- Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add onions and sauté it till it turns golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder and mix well. Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty.
- Now add sugar and mix it. Tomato sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan. Add zucchini, carrot, salt, green chilies and mix well.
- Add boiled pasta, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
- For Serving: In a plate add pasta and pour tomato sauce over it.
