Zucchini & Carrot Pasta

  • Boiled Pasta 2 Cups add some salt and oil while boiling
  • Onions 2 Chopped
  • Tomatoes 6 Chopped
  • Zucchini 1 cut into strips
  • Carrot 2 cut into strips
  • Green Chilies 3 slit
  • Dried Oregano ½ tsp
  • Dried Basil ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder to taste
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil ½ tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp


  • Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add onions and sauté it till it turns golden.  
  • Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder and mix well. Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty.
  • Now add sugar and mix it. Tomato sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan. Add zucchini, carrot, salt, green chilies and mix well. 
  • Add boiled pasta, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
  • For Serving: In a plate add pasta and pour tomato sauce over it.
