Yield / Serves
Boiled Pasta â€“ 2 Cups (add some salt and oil while boiling)
Onions â€“ 2 (Chopped)
Tomatoes â€“ 6 (Chopped)
Zucchini â€“ 1 (cut into strips)
Carrot â€“ 2 (cut into strips)
Green Chilies â€“ 3 slit
Dried Oregano â€“ Â½ tsp
Dried Basil â€“ Â½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder â€“ to taste
Salt â€“ to taste
Olive Oil â€“ 2 Â½ tbsp
Sugar â€“ Â½ tsp
Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add onions and sautÃÂ© it till it turns golden.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder and mix well. Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty.
Now add sugar and mix it. Tomato sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan. Add zucchini, carrot, salt, green chilies and mix well.
Add boiled pasta, mix well and sautÃÂ© it for 2-3 mins.
For Serving: In a plate add pasta and pour tomato sauce over it.
