Ingredients
- 2 cup Pasta boiled, add some salt and oil while boiling
- 2 Onions chopped
- 6 Tomato chopped
- 1 Zucchini cut into strips
- 2 Carrot cut into strips
- 3 Green Chillies slit
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
- 1 pinch Black Pepper Powder or to taste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or to taste
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions
- Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add onions and sauté it till it turns golden. Â
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder and mix well. Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty.
- Now add sugar and mix it. Tomato sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan. Add zucchini, carrot, salt, green chilies and mix well.Â
- Add boiled pasta, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
- For Serving: In a plate add pasta and pour tomato sauce over it.Â
