  • Blend to a smooth puree.
  • Transfer the puree into two serving glasses equally.

Recipe Notes

Mango can be pressure cooked too. But traditionally this is way of cooking the raw mango for this drink.
Adjust sweetness according to your taste.

Additional Tips

  • For enhanced flavor and aroma, roast the cumin seeds before grinding them into powder, then sprinkle a pinch on top of each serving for a smoky finish.
  • If you prefer a more pronounced tang, blend in a few mint leaves with the mango pulp for a cooling, herbal twist that complements the drink’s natural flavors.
  • To serve as a party cooler, prepare the Aam ka Panna concentrate in advance and store it in the fridge for up to a week—just dilute with chilled water or soda and add ice when ready to serve.
  • For a fun presentation, rim the glasses with a mix of black salt and chili powder before pouring in the drink, adding both visual appeal and an extra kick to each sip.
