Rabdi paratha is very famous in Delhi paratha wali Gali. It's very yummy and delicious sweet paratha. My all time favourite paratha.

Ingredients
- ½ litre milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup water for dough
- 2 cup pure ghee for frying

Instructions
- In a wok add milk and stir continuously until the thick consistency.
- Now milk reduces in half quantity add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
- Transfer the rabdi in a bowl.
- In a bowl add wheat flour and water knead the dough.
- After 15 minutes make a small ball from dough.
- Roll with rolling pin and fill rabdi in half area fold and edges press with fork it.
- In a wok add ghee and heat it.
- Frying the rabdi paratha in puree ghee on medium heat until golden.
- Our rabdi paratha is ready to serve.
