  • 1/2 ltr Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Water or dough for dough
  • 2 cup Desi Ghee for frying


  • In a wok add milk and stir continuously until the thick consistency.
  • Now milk reduces in half quantity add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
  • Transfer the rabdi in a bowl.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour and water knead the dough.
  • After 15 minutes make a small ball from dough.
  • Roll with rolling pin and fill rabdi in half area fold and edges press with fork it.
  • In a wok add ghee and heat it.
  • Frying the rabdi paratha in puree ghee on medium heat until golden.
  • Our rabdi paratha is ready to serve.
